I am expecting 72% in class 12th and got 65 in JEE mains and expecting 70 in MHTCET,which college should i opt in for mechanical engineering

Based on these marks, you will not get good government colleges. Try for private colleges.

Your marks in both jee mains and mhtcet is quite low low to get admission in any top engineering colleges with mechanical engineering as a branch.You cancheck below given link to check previous year's cutoff details of MHT CET to predict your chances of getting admission in them:
