Every year toppers are getting a mark between 155-170 .Thus to get  Aiims delhi 150+ is must for UR and a score of 146+ for OBC. For any other aiims a score of 110+ is safe for UR (depends on the level of exam) and 90+ OR 100+ is safe for OBC. Let's hope there is a chance.

To be honest, you have no chance to get into any of the AIIMS colleges. As per AIIMS MBBS cutoff 2019, candidates belonging to General category will be required to score at least 50% marks in AIIMS MBBS entrance exam, while those belonging to OBC category need to score at least 45% and SC/ST candidates will be required to score at least 40% in order to qualify the exam. 

Since the scores are not revealed on the results, the cut-offs for AIIMS are given in ranks or percentile only.
