Hello anandhan, we cant tell you exactly about the seats if you can get in medical college or not as there are no cuttoff announced yet.. and cutoffs for each year varies Timely .. 

but as per your marks from last year cutt off there are few chances of getting a medical govt colleges.. as per your score you can get kilpuk college.. but as i told it is just a tentative..
