Dear Rohan ,

As per rules of government if you failed in one subject in 10th then you can go for retest but if you have failed in more then 2 subjects then you are not eligible for retest so you have to wait for 1 more year for exam .

But NCERT(National Institute of education and Research and  Training ) provides varieties of books for lots of education board like CBSE,UP board etc..
