Being a 2 -3 year undergraduate course, the Medical Lab Technician (MLT) program prepares students to function as lab technicians, gathering and storing samples, analysing them, and writing reports based on the sample for further examination by a doctor. The course covers blood bank management, materials management, supply chain management, and lab information system administration.

In order to become eligible, candidates must have either PCM or PCB as core subjects in the 12th grade.Candidates also must have received a minimum of 50% in t heir 12th grade.
