Hi

It depends on your choice, both of them makes you eligible for NEET.

Bipc includes biology, chemistry and physics- which are core subjects for NEET.

While NIOS(National institute of Open schooling) is government approved institution to allow students to study PCB, if they are willing to change subjects or to improve their score.

You can choose either of them, but most preferred is NIOS for NEET

Aspirants who have passed 10+2 from CBSE, the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) or state open school, as a private candidate from state boards; with Biology/Biotechnology as an additional subject are all eligible for NEET.

Best of luck
