Yes you can apply for CA course. Non-commerce graduate can also apply for the CPT, if you clear your 10+2 examination with at least 55% marks excluding mathematics & 60% marks including mathematics, you will be enrolled in ICAI. You can check the complete CA CPT eligibility criteria here.
