Congragulations on the rank you have scored, it is a fairly good rank.The coimbatore, amrita campus takes in students into the CSE department if their rank is around 1813 in the open quota and 13801 for students applying in state quota , I feel sorry to say that you have only a least chance if seats are left vaccant even after the second phase of counselling even if you apply via the state quota.

So you better enroll into MCE itself while you try for the coimbatore campus ,where i see minimum chances only.MCE is a good college with good placement records and infrastructure too.Anyways the choice is always yours.
