This rank is too low to get even a good govt. College of state but you can get a state college if your board percentage are good. Plus you are obc so you still have got a chance you should look for list of bihar govt. Colleges and cgeck their obc cutoff from previous years.

12th m 50% se jyada marks hone chahiye pcm m agar admission lena chahte ho aur admission procedure to college vale hi btayenge
