Was your st certificate valid ?

Is the caste certificate at state level not valid for the own domicile  state college (patna aiims)

Am i required to prepare at central level certificate?

And yaa you can get aiims patna, aiims bhopal and others too on the basis of your rank and last year last rankers in that colleges

 As according to central list lohar is considered under obc category. Then you will be considered under obc category by the aiims and neet organisation of counselling. During the submission of neet and aiims counselling form, fill the obc category if lohar is obc according to central list of categories. 

Sometimes in state due to Political competition  for vote and taking st categories vote political leader declare some categories as reserved. But it is not considered under central list. 

Check the central list once again.
