Yes you can replace your additional subject with one of your 5 subjects to calculate your final percentage if you score good in your additional subject. But make sure that you do not replace the mains subjects that are compulsory to calculate the percentage like English and your main subject, you cannot exclude them, otherwise you may replace other subjects with your additional subject.
