Hello Dear

No, You can not apply in JKCET. Candidates must be a permanent resident of Jammu & Kashmir or Ladakh as the case may be. No foreign students are eligible to apply for JKCET. . Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination (JKBOPEE) conducts Jammu and Kashmir Common Entrance Test (JKCET) for admission to UG engineering degree courses in the state. Candidates who have passed or are appearing in the qualifying exam i.e. 12th class are eligible to appear for JKCET 2021 exam. JKCET 2021 will be conducted by JKBOPEE for admission in B.E/B.Tech programs. For more information follow the link below:
