Hello,
You should definitely go for second round, as with 12k rank you have pretty high chances of getting these colleges through state quota:

Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College and Hospital, Gaya
Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sheikhpura, Patna
Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Bhagalpur

These are ranked higher than the college ypu are getting now.
So do go for the second round.

Hey Aspirant !
Just for your information, if you take part in Round 2 for Upgradation, that doesn't mean that the college you got through Round 1 becomes invalid in case you aren't upgraded in Round 1.
So, you can take part in Round 2 without any hassles, if you are upgraded to your better preferred college, well and good.
If not, there's nothing to worry, you already have your seat reserved at SKMCH Muzzarfarpur.
