I am not sure about your chances of getting an NIT, it depends on which homestate you belong to. If you are from the North-Eastern states, then your chances of getting a NIT becomes high. But with this rank you will get a seat in the IIITs of lower rank like IIIT Manipur, IIIT Bhagalpur & even there are chances of getting IIIT Kalyani. Your rank is not bad, no need to worry. There are chances of getting good colleges like IIIT or even NIT.
