If you want to opt for All india Quota seats then you have plenty of options before you. You can try almost every state and you will end up with a good medical college as well. Though, getting a seat in Delhi is tough but in othet states like UP, BIHAR, MADHYA PRADESH, KARNATAKA, MAHARASHTRA,etc it is possible to get a good college.
