Dear Bazil, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018 under State Quoya, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

OM: 440
SC: 361
ST: 266

So, irrespective of your Category, you have a chance at:

GMC, Jammu
GMC, Srinagar
Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences.

Now regarding JKPM, 465 marks secured a seat in GMC Srinagar  for JKPM and 438 marks secured a seat in GMC, Jammu for JKPM. ving said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
