Now coming to your query, As you said you belong to Kerala state you are not able to apply for Government quota seats because to apply for the government seats in the private colleges the student should have the domicile certificate of the state in which college is located. So to apply for the government seats in Tamil Nadu you should have Tamilnadu Domicile certificate So I think maybe due to some technical glitches. I think there is no problem but it would be better if you contact the help desk.
