According to last year's cutoff rank wise for open category seats in second round of counselling you are eligible for:
SDM college, Dharwad(62197 closing rank)
Adichunagiri institute of medical sciences mandya(82144 closing rank)
Khaja bande nawaz institute of medical sciences, gulbarga(49350 closing rank)
This is assuming you are from general category and do not have Karnataka domicile. These are cutoffs for private seats. You are eligible for management seats in all private medical colleges.
Also, every year cutoffs change this is just to give you an idea
