Yes they can. Allotment of seats for Karnataka PGCET candidates will be 90% for Karnataka candidates and 10% for non Karnataka candidates.

Applying candidate must have domicile of Karnataka State. Non- Karnataka candidates can apply but they can select only the seats surrendered by the management if any, for admission into MBA/ MCA. Candidates appearing (last year)/ result awaited are also eligible to apply.
