ba economics honors..i am from arts stream..i dont have math

It is 3 year full time Undergraduate course and according to the eligibility criteria mentioned in their official website at: http://darjeelinggovernmentcollege.com/ug-departments-courses.php, you need to secure a minimum aggregate of 55% in your 12th. There is no subject criteria mentioned as such. On the brighter side, BA is an Arts stream and so to study BA Honours in Economics you dont necessarily need to have Mathematics as one of your subjects.
