A candidate who has  secured the qualifying marks and has met all the eligibility conditions for EAMCET are eligible to take part in the counselling process. The qualifying marks and cut off for candidates varies according to their category. So if a candidate belongs to the obc category they are eligible to apply for counselling under the obc category. The obc candidates will be required to produce their category certificate at the time of counselling/admission.
