Dear Student,
if you are a OBC candidate then definitely you should choose OBC category as you also have the OBC certificate. And it doesn't matter where you are taking admission and in which college.
And don't forget to renew your certificate otherwise it will not be valid and you will not get a benefit of OBC certificate.
Good Luck :)
Hi Young Aspirant,
According to me, As long as a person is free of any handicap, ailment, or condition, he or she will be accepted into MBBS (physical or mental). Medical Certificate from any licensed MBBS doctor is allowed.
Simply go to any government hospital and submit an application for a Medical Fitness Certificate to the Superintendent or similar official. They'll look at your weight, blood type, vision, and overall job abilities.

While the OBC status of a candidate may change only when the community of the concerned candidate is removed from the OBC list, his/her creamy layer status may change any time. Therefore, it is not possible to determine a fixed validity for the OBC certificate.
For most practical purposes, the validity of an OBC NCL Certificate is treated as 1 year. If your OBC NCL certificate was obtained before 1 year, it is always better to get a new OBC NCL before applying for exams.
