hi,

I assume you are asking about government medical college. see to get admission in any government medical college for mbbs, bds and health science related course like ayush, bhms you need to appear in neet exam. every year is a distinct qualifying cutoff as per category wise. however in every government medical college reserve 85% seats for domicile candidates where there is seat reservation for general, obc, sc, st. now the cutoff score is lower in home state quota compare to all india quota of 15% seats. you did not mention your state name, nor any particular college name.

now coming to the cutoff score it varies year to year , depends on certain factors like questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category etc.
