Dear Harshit, any State Government's Scholarship programs or reiumbursement programmes are confined to the Candidates of that particular State. For example in your case, if you belong to Odisha, though you belong to Reserved Categories, you cannot claim benefits of your Category under Telangana State Government's Scholarship or Reiumbursement programmes. You can only avail Odisha State Government's Scholarship and Reiumbursement  Programmes.
