MHT CET is a state level exam of Maharashtra in which 85% of seats are reserved for candidates belonging to the state and remaining 15% seats are for outside state candidates. 

So, you can apply for the exam provided you fulfil the eligibility criteria of MHT CET and you will get admission in the 15% seats reserved for All India Quota.
