Yes, people from outside the state of Maharashtra like you, can also take the MHT CET entrance examination. There is a specified quota of seats fixed for Maharashtra candidates and rest are for Outside Maharashtra Candidates. You will be eligible to take admission in OMS category according to your merit in the entrance.
