If I consider previous years records, then the chances are very less to get admission in any of the government medical colleges. Your marks are quite low to procure seat in these government colleges, but you can try for private medical colleges. As per last year's record ,the cut off for Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad was 48823 and for Gandhi Medical College, Secunderabad was 48833
