The previous year cut-off ranks for AIPVT counseling were

Starting Rank: 7652, Ending Rank: 8350

The expected starting and ending ranks for this year are

Starting Rank: 7632, Ending Rank: 8391

In the same way, this year's expected cut-off marks for All-India Quota and State Quota are 525+ and 500+ for OBC category. So, it looks like your chances of admission into a Government college may not be very good.

However, there are many good private colleges in the counseling that you can write entrance tests for and you will definitely get admitted into one of them.

Since the Year of2017 AIPVT included to  NEETmerit list. In general the marks between 350 to 450 marks is needed for admission in bvsc and animal husbandry courses. If the candidate belongs to general category then admission to bvsc and animal husbandry courses marks needed of neet exam is at least 400.

As you belong to OBC category and got 418 marks in in AIPVT which is included in NEET merit list. So there is a bright chance for you to get admission in bvsc and animal husbandry courses in notable government colleges as the previous years cut off of scoring in NEET shown according to merit list.
