If you and your family is from UP and you have never been in any relation with Tamilnadu so it will be difficult for you to get eligible for TNEA. They required you to pass some classes like VIII, IX, X, XI and XII from their state. Or if your parents (mother or father or both) is a government servant and already served for atleast 5 years in Tamilnadu then you become eligible.There are some more points so I request you to go to below link in order to get detailed eligibilty points and check if you satisfy their eligiblity criteria:
