Hi vaibhav,  yes your are eligible to apply for all India quota seats in different states and at your score you can get private medical colleges in some states. In uttar pradesh,  you could get private medical colleges too in state quota. To get state quota you need to have domicile of respective state

except for all india counselling can i apply or fill state counselling forms of different states for private medical colleges of that state . if yes then plz tell me the states in which i can apply.
