I am from uttar pradesh . Can i apply kea mbbs karnataka 2019 .?

KEA Karnataka examination Authority will conduct the admission of MBBS for 85% Home state quota seats while the rest for 15% MCC will conduct on behalf of DGHS. However under KEA counselling only Karnataka domicile students can apply for the admission. As you belong to utterpradesh you are not eligible to appear counselling under KEA.
