The karnataka counselling fees is 650₹ for general and OBC and 500₹ for SC/ST.

However since you do not hold the domicile of karnataka you wont be eligible for government quota seats in private colleges. The only way is through management quota. 

For this you need to contact the college directly. The authorities shall guide you ahead.
