In India Marine Biology is available only at Post Graduation level.

There is only one college that offers MSc in Marine Biology in Karnataka i.e. Karnatak University Dharwad .

The course is a 2 year full time course offered in the K.UP.G. Centre located in Kodibag, Karwar with a total number of seats equal to 16.
