Last year cut off for general candidates in UP through state quota was 469 at RML Lucknow.
You are expecting a score of 537 so you are likely to get a seat ,however keep in mind that cut off are subject to change.

In 2018, under General Category, 462 marks secured a seat under General Category in Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Institute and 492 marks scored a seat in UP Rural Institute of Medical Sciences and Research. Having said that cut off changes every year and is dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
