In order to be elligible to do MBBS, you need to qualify the entrance exam NEET with a good rank capable enough to let you through one of the colleges.
Apart from that, you need to have a minimum of 50% aggregate in your Physics, Chemistry and Biology combined in your XIIth Board marks if you belong to UR Category, the corresponding percentage for OBC and SC/ST are 45% and 40% .
