With 130 marks in JEE Advance examination, you can expect a rank around 3000 in the OBC category which can go up or down depending upon the cut-off of the paper and the performance of the other students under the OBC category. With this range of rank I must say that forget about the mechanical branch it will be really hard for you to get admission in any of the IITs.

If you get a little better rank then you will have a chance of getting admission in the ultra new IITs like IIT Patna, IIT Dharwad, IIT Jammu, IIT Goa etc. In these ultra new IITs you might even get mechanical branch but to get a better idea you will need to wait till 10th June to see your final result.
