Hi Abdur,

If you are getting 140 marks in JEE Main, your general rank will be approximately around 22,222-23,822. If you belong to general category, your admission to any government college will be a bit unsure but if you belong to any reserved category, your category rank will be much lower and you can easily get into any government college.
