The cut off in 2020 for NTSE Karnataka was 151 for general category candidate in stage 1. By expert analysis it is expected that the cut off in 2021 is going to be between 150-160 marks for general category in stage 1 to qualify for stage 2. Considering this you may have chances of qualifying in stage 1. However, cut off may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination, percentage of candidates in each category, highest and lowest marks etc.
