Hi Varsha,
NTSE cutt off will be affected by the
Total number of students written the exam.
Total seats available.
Highest score of a candidate and the lowest score.
Total number of seats for each category.

The excepted cut off for tNTSE 2020 is 165 to 175.Last year it was 170.
So my suggestion is wait till the results are out which is in April 2020.
