With AIR 1693 and belonging to UR, the chances are low as the last year's cut off was AIR 1353 for AIIMS Mangalagiri but the difference is quite less with your and cut off ranks which might give you some hope as 6 new AIIMS has been introduced this year and 180 seats(UR) have been incremented (doesn't guarantees you a seat).
However, the merit list changes every year, only on that basis the admission is done.
