Dear Harsh, in 2018 under State Quota, 12555 rank secured 493 marks and secured a seat in GMC, Khandwa. That was the cut off for General Category. With a rank of 18927, a seat in Government Medical College is unlikely. You may get a seat in a Private Medical College. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
