Hii !!
I am sorry to say you that the chances if getting into private medical college for your mark that too under government quota is very rare. You must have to score atleast 500 plus to join in any private medical college in tamil nadu. It is advisable to drop out a year and try next year with even more preparation if your passion is medicine else you can try for any other stream.
