If I go by the previous year data then in 2018 420 marks fetched a seat in sln medical college and hospital , koraput and govwrnmego medical college and hospital , balasore for an ac candidate under 85 % state quota. So as per this data there seems no chance for you to get a government medical college. 

Neet first round councelling is already done. By now you know which colleges you can get and which you can not. If you did not get any in the first round then try for the same in the second round which is going on. As of now it would be difficult to put forward any specific prediction since the cutoffs have gone way higher than before. Just follow the councelling process. If you do not get any college then you can either opt out for some other medical  course  or prepare again for the exam.
