There is a lot of difference,when you give actual exam and when you give mock test as there is lot of pressure in main exam so you can't compare them so if you belong to general category and if you are applying under 85% state quota seats then to be on safer side you should score above 400 marks to secure a seat in government medical college.i hope this information helps you.
