Sorry to disappoint you but you can't get MBBS seat in any government college in UP even if you have UP quota and especially is your belong to general category. As the closing marks required even for low ranked medical colleges is greater than 470. Though you may get a seat in top private colleges of up with this score.

Dear Seema,  under State Quota in 2018,  469 marks secured a seat in Sr. Ram Manhoar Lohiya Medical Institute under General Category. Infact, it was the cut off. With 457, you are in a tight spot. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So we would suggest you to wait until the official answer key has been released to weigh your options.
