hey dear, seeing this year's cutoff which went very high that even the students getting 500 were worried about their colleges.yes, you can get management seat in 2nd round in karnataka for sure with this score,you just need to attend counselling and the fee structure for management seat is very high.

To gain admission in Karnataka Medical Government College, one must give NEET UG test in Kannada language. As you have scored 490 & belong to OBC it is difficult for pursuing seat for MBBS unless you have Kannada language NEET result. But you can apply to Private Institutes.

Counselling does not allow management seats. During counselling only A category seats can be obtained. B category seats can be given without counselling. So don't relate A category seats with B category seats.

So hold on for 2nd round you may get better college than before!!
