The cut  off marks for Government MedcIal College,  Miraj was 544 for the year 2018 under All India Quota for general category. 

Under state quota the cut off marks was 505 for general category. 

The cut off marks change every year according to the difficulty level of the exam, number of students appearing for the exam, etc. As the cut off marks were higher than your score in 2018. The chances are less for admission into this college. Still do not loose hope and wait for the cut off marks list which will be available soon.

If it is general, With a score of 500, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a score of minimum 544 was required to fetch one a seat in Government medical college, Miraj in general category under the all India quota. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats and the category.
