Hello,

Congrats for acquiring a great score in NEET. Yes, you have a good chance to get into government colleges. If you check statewise last year there has been a closing of around 539 for Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical Colege, Jamshedpur. You can also try for Ranchi Institute of Medical Science, Ranchi with your score whose cut off can float around 510 to 530. Dhanbad government college can have a cut off of around 530 last year, you have a chance if the cut off comes down this year. There has been a cut-off score of 550+ for  All India Quota and 495+ for state category for government colleges at Jharkhand. Talking nationally you have chance to get into Christian Medical College, Vellore and Punjab (Ludhiana) too. All the best!!
