As you have mentioned that you are from OBC category and have scored 535 in NEET 2019. As your domescile is of Bihar, you are under the 85% reservation of state quota. As per last year cutoff you can get a seat in government medical college in many colleges of Bihar.

Last year 535 fetched govt college under STATE QUOTA. If this trend continues then you have pretry high chances of getting a GOVT college.
Previous year cut offs of different colleges under  state quota -

• Anurag Narayan Magadh Medical College & Hospital - 531
  
• Darbhanga Medical College - 532
  
• Government Medical College - 519
  
• Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences - 541
  
• Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College - 539
  
• Nalanda Medical College & Hospital - 539
  
• Shri Krishna Medical College - 538
  
• Vardhman Institute of Medical Sciences - 526
  

So, from the above list you can clearly see that your score is just a par score. Since the exam was bit easy year so the cut offs are expected to go higher. You can just wait for the release of cut offs.
