Seeing your score and previous year cuttoff of medical colleges,you seems to have decent chance of getting government medical college with UR quota.But chance of getting government medical college in other states with AIQ quota is less,you won't good government medical college with AIQ quota.You need 600+ for that.Visit below mention link to know previous year cuttoff of medical colleges of MP:

Honestly the preferred rank for admission in a good government medical institute ranges somewhere around 200. The level of difficulty has been increased reason being the increased number of applicants.
The cut off list is not so lenient as there are much more applicants against the number of seats available.
But at the end everything depends upon the cut off list. I'll suggest to wait for the cut off list and then apply accordingly. You might end up getting a good institute.
